The following is a demonstration of a customer support chatbot for an airline to help users research and make travel plans. Use the bot to see the current user's flight information, search for flights, and manage the passenger's bookings stored in an SQL database. You can also get answers to company company policy information. You can get flight information and seat assignments, search for flights, update ticket to a new flight, cancel the user's ticket and remove it from the database, search for and manage hotel reservations, search for and reserve a car at their destination, updata a car rental reservation, and search for things to do (and make reservations) once they arrive.
